Sure, you could add a simple spacer on top of your coils to level our your SuperDuty, but wouldn't you rather actually improve the ride quality while also getting that level stance you're after? If so, check out this Leveling Kit from Carli Suspension.

The Super Duty Leveling System is designed for people seeking the best on-road ride quality on a budget. Utilizing the Signature Series shocks, Carli developed a tune that delivers all around comfort and ride quality designed for on-road, in town, highway, and towing/hauling. Unlike most of Carli's suspension systems, the Leveling System was tuned with 20", factory wheels on factory Michelin tires given many in the entry level, 2.5" lift market want the most bang for their buck and will continue to run the factory wheels and tires.

CARLI LEVELING SUSPENSION SYSTEM COMPONENTS

The truck will sit 2.5" higher in the front and have more wheel travel thanks to the lighter rate Carli Coil Springs. Extended, Stainless Brake Lines firm up braking and ensure there is enough line for the newfound travel. The front sway bar geometry will also receive an upgrade with your choice of Sway Bar Drop Brackets (more economical option that maintains the factory sway bar end links) or a set of Extended Sway Bar End Links, a FAR more robust option. The replacement End Links are the only option that is compatible with a snow plow bracket. To round off the front end, you'll also receive Caster Shims to tighten the steering. Carli recommends adding an Adjustable Track Bar to center the front axle. However, for those that do not wish to, as part of the kit, you will receive High-Clearance Bump Stop Drop to keep the springs clear from contacting the factory bump stop given the slight drivers side shift of a leveled Super Duty without an adjustable track bar.

NO SWAY BAR OPTION NOTES:
Diesel Power Products and Carli strongly suggest the use of either options available. These options are designed to work flawlessly with the rest of your kit and, are the best way to go. However, we understand you may already have the necessary provisions and/or products to use with this kit so we give you the option to not include any sway bar drop or Torsion Sway Bar provisions.

LEAF SPRING SHACKLE SPECIFICATIONS:

Much of the jarring ride of the Super Duty rear can be attributed to the factory vulcanized bushings in the leaf spring pack and shackle. The factory shackle is very strong BUT the design is not conducive to a smooth ride. The Carli shackle is constructed of 1/4″ American cold-rolled steel. The mid-length gusset ensures no deflection while the serviceable bushings offer a far superior ride to the bind of the factory bushings

The front will sit level to the rear and payload is maintained as the rear springs are unaltered in this system. The rear shocks are shared with the Commuter 2.0" system as they're tuned around a modified factory spring pack. The rear will be more controlled and planted. This system can be upgraded to a Commuter System with the addition of a rear Add-a-Pack and Adjustable Track Bar.

WHEEL AND TIRE FITMENT

On their 2.5" Ford Systems, Carli recommends 17"-18" wheels, no more than 9" wide with 5.5" of backspacing with Carli Fabricated Radius Arms or 5" Backspace with factory arms; 5" will require a bit more trimming. Tires, 37x12.5" will fit with some trimming; 35" will likely fit without trimming. The more rubber, the better the small bump compliance will be at proper inflation pressures. The ride will firm up as you go larger in wheel diameter.

WHEELS: Carli Recommends a 17"-18" Wheel, no more than 9" wide with 5"-5.5" of Backspacing on Leveling Systems
TIRES: 35", E-Rated Tire Fitment is Recommended. Recommended unloaded Tire Pressure 45F/40R.
RECOMMENDED CONFIGURATION: Carli Leveling Systems are Designed and Tested on Vehicles with 17"-18" Wheels with 35", E-Rated Tires. Stock wheels and tires or running a larger wheel diameter will result in a stiffer ride.
