The DuramaxTuner Stealth Mach 2 67/66 Drop-In Turbo is built for 2024–2026 6.6L L5P Duramax owners who want to take their truck’s performance to the next level without sacrificing everyday drivability. With airflow capable of supporting up to 750 horsepower, this turbo provides the capacity needed for a serious performance build while maintaining the responsive feel expected from a daily-driven diesel. Whether you're looking for stronger high-RPM power, better exhaust gas temperature control under heavy loads, or a turbo that can keep up with upgraded fueling, the Stealth Mach 2 delivers a substantial step up from the factory setup.
At the heart of this upgrade is a 67mm, 11-blade extended-tip billet compressor wheel made from 2618 aluminum alloy, paired with a larger 66.4mm, 9-blade turbine wheel constructed from 713C nickel alloy. The upgraded turbine features thicker blades for increased heat tolerance and a more aggressive blade design to improve exhaust energy capture, reduce drive pressure, and help control EGTs under demanding conditions. A custom vane cage accommodates the larger turbine, while the lightweight rotating assembly is precision-balanced in-house to maintain quick spool-up comparable to the factory turbo. These upgrades work together to provide increased airflow and performance without the lag commonly associated with larger turbochargers.
Designed as a direct-fit replacement for compatible 24-26 L5P Trucks, the Stealth Mach 2 retains the factory variable-geometry operation and exhaust brake functionality. It is capable of supporting up to approximately 625 rear-wheel horsepower with stock emissions equipment and basic supporting modifications, with higher output possible in properly equipped competition builds. The turbo comes with brand-new components, eliminating the need for a core exchange, and includes a 12-month warranty. Tuning must retain the factory minimum and maximum vane-position tables to help prevent excessive boost and exhaust pressure that could damage the turbo or engine.
