For the diesel market, Bosch gained considerable notoriety with the design and implementation of the common rail fuel injection system found originally on LB7 Duramax’s, then two years later with the 2003 Cummins, and finally available in 2008 on the 6.4L Powerstroke. While this may have been when Bosch was most noticed in this industry, their roots go back much further, building the original equipment HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pumps) for early Powerstrokes, the VE and VP44 injection pumps on Cummins, and injectors throughout nearly all applications. For current era light duty diesels, basically you can nearly conclude that if fuel touches it, it was most likely originally built by Bosch.

And while we continue to mention injection pumps and injectors, its SO much more than that. As previously mentioned, if fuel touches it, you can be pretty sure that Bosch made it, including the Fuel Control Actuators (FCA) also known as an MPROP that are mounted to the injection pump, Rail Pressure Sensors, and even Pressure Relief Valves. They're all made by Bosch! And finally, outside the realm of fueling, we offer Bosch Wiper Blades (yes, they make those too) because, honestly, they make a really nice wiper blade that works.

Truck runs better than ever

Fixed my problem

"My truck (04 LB7) would weirdly rev sometimes at idle so I got a ppe race valve and a new cp3 and I no longer have that problem. It was a pain to remove that nut holding the gear and I wished it would’ve just come with a new one but it wasn’t too big a problem."

Just what I needed

"After some troubleshooting and only being able to maintain 9800psi rail pressure above 1/2 throttle I decided to replace all the rubber lines fuel lines. That didn't make any difference, and the injector return rate was great, so I installed a new CP3. Runs like new now. The deferred core program is awesome as well. Thanks guys!"

Does this cp3 come with a fpr or do I have to order one separately? For a lb7.
This will come with a fuel pressure regulator on the pump. -Mark
Maybe I’m missing something as I read through this but how much exactly would I be getting credited from the core of my cp3?
If you accept the core charge when you send your factory pump/core in you will be refunded $200 on this pump as long as it's in a rebuildable condition. If you defer the core charge you are not paying the additional cost of the core upfront. We will give you 21 business days to send your core back to avoid having to pay the core charge. If you go over the 21 business days then we will charge the $200 core fee to the card on file. -Mark
Hello, I have a 2013 lml duramax. I am going to do a cp3 conversion and get rid of the cp4. I am just wondering if these pumps will work for that. I will be buying the conversion kit without the pump and then buy a cp3 from you hopefully as long as it will bolt up and the electrical is all the same as mycp3. Thank you.
The pump that is suggested to use on the CP3 conversion kits is a LBZ pump out of an 06-07 Duramax. Just make sure to purchase that pump when you are ready to avoid any install issues. -TL
