Description
Keep exhaust backpressure in check with AutoMeter Ultra-Lite exhaust pressure gauges, designed to help performance enthusiasts monitor drive pressure, evaluate turbocharger performance, and fine-tune engine combinations. Tracking exhaust pressure alongside boost pressure can provide valuable insight into turbo efficiency and help identify restrictive conditions that may affect power and reliability. These 2-1/16-inch gauges are available in 0–60 PSI and 0–100 PSI ranges, with mechanical and electronic options to suit different monitoring preferences and installation requirements. The mechanical gauges use a direct pressure connection and include copper and nylon tubing, compression fittings, an NPT adapter, incandescent perimeter lighting, and mounting hardware. Because exhaust gas is routed directly to the instrument, AutoMeter does not recommend installing these mechanical gauges inside the vehicle cabin; mount them outside the cabin for operator safety. The electronic models use a solid-state pressure transducer to keep exhaust gases away from the gauge, along with a digital stepper-motor movement, startup self-calibration, and a 0.5–4.5V analog output for compatible data-logging systems. They are compatible with 12- and 16-volt electrical systems and include the transducer, copper tubing kit, wiring harness, and mounting hardware.

About Auto Meter
Auto Meter has long been renowned for the manufacture of their gauges, ranging from huge tachometers with shift lights to small, vintage style analog clock gauges. We offer a complete line of Auto Meter gauge pods and mounts to help put you in the cockpit of your Cummins, Powerstroke, or Duramax. Auto Meter's most popular selling pod is a simple A-pillar mount in which you can store anywhere from one to four gauges (depending on application) on the trim piece between the windshield and your driver's side door. Also available are dash top mounts and steering column mounts to bring the gauges directly in your line of sight as you are driving. A new style that has become popular are the overhead console mounts that put the gauges above the rearview mirror. Besides the previously mentioned, Auto Meter also carries universal cup style mounts, roll bar mounts, and about any possibly way to install your gauges where you want them for easy viewing.
