Description
Increase the reliability of your valve body’s performance and prevent leakage with ATS Accumulator and Separator Plate Kit for your Dodge 6.7L Cummins. Factory separator plates warp due to high temperatures of your Cummins transmission causing cross leakage between the channels. ATS solves this problem by going with thicker billet separator plate that holds up to higher temps, making it more reliable. The factory accumulator plate is prone to bending and warping from hard shifting, and you can avoid this problem by replacing it with ATS plate kit that’s designed to perform in the toughest shifting conditions.

About ATS Diesel Performance
ATS DIESEL PERFORMANCE

ATS Diesel Performance, based out of Arvada, Colorado, is a diesel performance manufacturing company that designs, engineers, and manufactures upgraded transmission components, valve bodies, patented heavy-duty torque converters, exhaust and intake manifolds, electronics, turbochargers, dual CP3 injection pumps, and more for Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax powered diesel trucks. Operating out of a humongous 110,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Rocky Mountains allows ATS to keep operations in-house, as opposed to overseas sourcing, and then grueling test their products at altitude and through grades and descents that would make other companies think twice. From full-time RV users who travel nonstop to high-horsepower competition-based vehicles, ATS has the answers.

ATS DIESEL TRANSMISSIONS

Clint Cannon and Ranee Elder founded Automotive Transmission Specialists in 1993. At that time, the company specialized in transmission repair for all types of vehicles. In 1997, the company "Performance Torque Converters" was founded, and they started doing torque converter rebuilds in-house. Bringing the capability of building torque converters in-house gave them more flexibility to service their racing customers. As the popularity of diesel trucks grew and more people became aware of the power upgrades available for their diesels, problems with diesel transmissions emerged.

Clint started research and development into a more robust torque converter to address the transmission issues. It was discovered that a clutch pack design was the answer to providing a robust torque converter. The development of the TripleLok Torque Converter and the company's focus on Diesel Performance products resulted in a rename of the company to ATS Diesel Performance.

By having their foot in the door before most, it allowed ATS Diesels transmission upgrades to grow with the demands of diesel trucks, putting them at the forefront of reliability. Fortunately for us, Clint didn't stop with transmissions and began to explore and refine upgraded turbochargers, intake and exhaust manifolds, and anything else to generate additional power with the ever-present mindset of maintaining powertrain reliability.

ATS Diesel products are proudly made in the USA.

"Works good, keeps transmission cooler by 20° depending on where I’m driving"

Peace of mind

"Every time I popped my hood, I noticed my trans dipstick was pushed out a little bit obviously, the 68RFE produced a good amount of pressure. And every time I went to Copart, I would see numerous fire damaged rams. So I definitely recommend this product if you want that piece of mind."

Very satisfied

"Installed this on an 08 68rfe— installed in order to take full advantage of beefed up high pressure valve body — seems to have done exactly what I wanted— only issue I had was directions showed hooking it up to input and output shaft speed sensors but was only one sensor connection had to call customer service to confirm to only connect output sensor— good product"

Q&A

Will this help improve shifting as other aftermarket separator plates and gaskets do? All this talks about helping with is when you get higher temps. Just trying to figure out a good kit to go with that is easy to install that will make some noticeable improvements.
This kit is designed to support up to 295psi line pressure but can only do so via custom transmission tuning or utilizing the ATS Co-Pilot.
Is this a replacement for the stock transmission cooler?
That cooler is a universal auxiliary cooler and does not replace the stock cooler.
I have a ATS co-pilot tow for my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 and the instructions don't say were the power wire goes to or gets spliced into. Please HELP
I was looking in the instructions. The only wire I see reference to splicing is an orange one that goes to the MAP sensor. Is there a different wire that you have? DppSands.
I am looking for a little more power for towing. I sometimes tow up to 18,000 lbs through the hills in Wyoming. Will this work without raising EGT significantly? My truck is a 2006 with an intake and exhaust.
We would consider quality tuning as the next step. This item is best used with other supporting modifications.
