Description
Eliminate the costly exhaust manifold cracks prevalent in the factory Cummins exhaust manifold. The aFe BladeRunner exhaust manifold for the popular 5.9L Dodge Cummins is constructed out of cast 304 stainless steel with a reinforcing rib for strength.
The BladeRunner exhaust manifold produces an air flow increase of 23% over the stock manifold. This manifold also features 2 EGT probe ports, thick wall design for increased strength (0.25" vs 0.15" for the stock unit), matched ports and has a merged runner design to maximize exhaust flow. This manifold will also improve turbo spool up times which improve overall performance and throttle response.

Nice Manifold!
"Overall was a decent manifold and adds a bit of style as well as fix that pesky exhaust leak. . . One MAJOR quality control problem. The manifold was missing the threading operation for the two studs to the turbo flange. SS is no fun to try and tap by hand (especially that deep) and broke several taps."

"I installed this with fleece chetah turbo and there hardware kit it fit like a glove. There was a little trimming with a dremel tool to to the pipe flange area to allow the shoulder of the nuts to sit flat. Very happy with the quality of the manifold it is well made."

- Why are there 2 EGT ports?
- Some will choose to install a exhaust back pressure gauge in the secondary port. Or you may simply plug it with the included plugs. -AW
