Keep your 6.4L Powerstroke intercooler system sealed and ready for the demands of daily driving, towing, and performance use with this heavy-duty silicone intercooler boot and clamp kit. Designed as a direct-fit replacement for aging OEM boots, this kit helps prevent boost leaks and the premature failures that can occur when factory hoses weaken from repeated heat and pressure cycling. With a race-proven design and increased resistance to heat, oil, and boost pressure, it provides a more durable connection throughout the charge-air system without requiring modifications. Constructed from high-temperature 5-ply reinforced silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers, these boots are designed to withstand over 100 PSI of boost and temperatures up to 350°F while resisting heat, oil, and fuel. The textured, oil-resistant exterior helps prevent clamp slippage, while the included stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps provide secure, consistent clamping force. The kit includes (4) heavy-duty silicone intercooler boots and (8) constant-tension T-bolt clamps, providing everything needed for installation.
