Tyler's 2021 Cummins started out as a solution to a dilemma.....how to haul a four door side-by-side (SXS) and his bumper pull trailer at the same time without requiring two trucks or buying a massive toy hauler to replace the trailer he already had. Previous to this 2021 Ram 2500, Tyler had always owned short box trucks, and realistically there wasn't a great solution to get a long wheel base SXS in the bed of a short wheel base pickup bed. And if you've followed Tyler whatsoever during his tenure here at Diesel Power Products, he's owned at least 57 different trucks, so it was probably about time for a change anyways, right? Well, the 5th Gen Rams had been piquing his interest for a while and he happened to stumble across this long box that would solve all of his dilemmas, so.....why not?!
In its current state, this beaut' is still very stock with the exception of a custom built bed rack to haul the SXS in the bed, a rubber bed mat to keep the rack from sliding around, and a set of PacBrake ALPHA HD 7500 Air Bags to keep this 2500 from popping wheelies once the buggy is loaded with camper in tow. Knowing Tyler, this truck won't be long until it goes under the knife....STAY TUNED!
