When it comes to making some extra power out of your 7.3, you've got plenty of options from custom tuning, larger injectors, turbo, and the list goes on. Now, how are you going to make sure that your injectors are able to flow the additional commanded fueling if you're running a stock HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump)? Especially for the early model HPOP's found in the 1994-1999 model years, your output isn't the same as the 1999.5-2003 versions, so these trucks will benefit even more from an upgraded pump.Typically, this Stage 2 pump from CNC Fab will flow 30% more than a brand new Bosch 1999.5-2003 pump, which is enough volume to sustain 250/100 Hybrid injectors. And for those running even larger injectors, you can run up to 250/200's with this pump, but there's no guarantee that it will keep up in a hot/race tune as there are variables between injector builders.
