Replace the leaking transmission lines in your 1994-1997 7.3L Powerstroke with the precision-engineered CNC Fabrication E4OD Transmission Cooler Line Kit. This kit is designed to replace factory E4OD transmission cooler lines with 5/16" hose barbs, matching the factory transmission cooler ports. If you require a transmission hose, the Gates brand is recommended because it it is known for its compatibility with Parker PushLok barb fittings. Please note that these lines are one piece, measuring 60" in length, and there is a possibility that they may incur slight bends during shipping. The tubing, however, is exceptionally durable and can be easily bent back into shape. For those who have already installed a 6.0L Powerstroke transmission cooler with 1/2" ports, separate adapters will need to be purchased separetly. It's essential to be aware that not all trucks were equipped with transmission lines to the radiator. If your truck does have them, it's recommended to bypass or remove the lines going to the bottom of the radiator. This precaution is particularly crucial because if the heat exchanger inside the radiator fails, it could lead to coolant entering the transmission, resulting in transmission and torque converter failure.
