In the front, you get diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms, forged drop pitman arm, brackets for the track bar, sway bar, and brake lines. On top of that, you have your choice of NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Elite Series, or a fully loaded FOX 2.5 Performance Elite with Coil-Over Conversion for your shocks. Adjustments are made at the 1-3/8?-12 fine threaded center turnbuckle with pinchbolt ends to allow easy tuning to properly recenter the front axle for a range of lift heights. The track bar is formed for proper clearance around critical front end components and is designed to easy installation without the need to clearance the factory frame and axle mounts. Both ends use high-durometer polyurethane bushings with thick-walled steel sleeves for strength and reliability. Parts come with a high quality textured black powdercoat finish for a great look and excellent corrosion resistance. The are designed for use on 0-3" of lift and can be used in combination with most aftermarket track bar brackets to be used on taller lift heights. These sway bar links are designed to correct the sway bar operating angle for improved performance for use on any lift kits. When lifting a model Ford F-250 or F-350 Superduty 6" or more it may be necessary to extend the rear driveshaft to ensure adequete spline engagement at full droop of the suspension. IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTES:
  • Front bumper spacer kit may be required to run 38"x15.50" tires.
  • Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
  • If equipped with 2-piece rear driveshaft, driveshaft alignment kit (#123406) will be required.
  • Front driveshaft u-joints may max out at full droop. If so, a new front shaft will be required.
  • If equipped with rear sway bar, #123009 is required.
  • U-bolts will not work on dually.
  • Front auxiliary shocks can be omitted from kit - system can be used with C/O installed alone
  • BDS leaf springs are not intended for use beyond the truck's maximum payload capacity. Trucks equipped with overload springs will only have the capacity of a non-overload equipped truck. If heavy payload use is desired, supplemental rear air bags are recommended.
About BDS Suspension

BDS Suspension was started in 1996 by a business group who felt it was past time to create a suspension company that truly had the best interest of the off road consumer as its' foundation. With over 45 combined years experience with other major suspension companies, both buying and selling, the individuals that would make up the BDS name were frustrated by the lack of quality and the unwillingness to make things right by these 4x4 companies. So, they set out to create a suspension company that would be the best and made a list of the things they felt were not right and made it their mission to correct them.

Too often, the standard protocol was that a broken or damaged part from another manufacturer was denied warranty because of abuse or neglect. For BDS, its simple, if it breaks, they'll replace it, and that is the motto in which they have based their entire warranty off of. So, they welcome you, try and break it, if you do, they'll replace it and probably try to determine a way to increase the rigidity of the product to ensure it never happens again.
