Custom Battery Cables Replacement Battery Cable Set 98.5-02 Dodge 5.9L Cummins

Replace your worn or corroded factory cables in your 98.5-02 2nd Gen 24v Cummins with this complete set from Custom Battery Cables. These cables are built from 2/0 (“two-aught”) cable for the starter and engine block grounds and tin plated copper terminals. To prevent corrosion from the battery’s acidic fumes, we crimp the terminals with a 12-ton hydraulic crimper then seal the connection with adhesive lined heat shrink. Cables are shipped with anti-corrosion battery washers, military-style battery terminals with “Nylox” style lock nuts. This is a complete kit incuding the 2/0 left positive battery cable to starter, 2/0 right positive battery cable to battery, right and left negative battery cables, 2 positive and negative military style battery terminals with lock nuts and covers, and includes loom. IMPORTANT NOTE: On the right side negative small wire, the customer must splice to existing wires with factory plugs. A splice and heat shrink is provided. Alternator power cable is sold seperatly.
