The XDP Front Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) Sensor XD1058 is a direct-fit replacement for the factory sensor on GM 6.6L Duramax LMM and LML engines. It measures exhaust gas temperatures and sends that information to your truck's computer, helping it monitor exhaust conditions and manage the emissions system.

When the original sensor fails, it can send incorrect temperature readings that trigger trouble codes or interfere with DPF regeneration. The XD1058 is manufactured to meet OE specifications and installs in the original factory location without modifications. Replacing a faulty sensor helps restore accurate exhaust temperature monitoring and proper communication with your truck's computer.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTE: This sensor is designed for the front exhaust temperature sensor position.
