The BD Diesel RoadMaster Allison 1000 Transmission & Converter Package. Built for stock and mildly modified trucks, this package is designed to improve the Allison's ability to handle the repeated loads associated with towing, hauling, and everyday use. Instead of installing another stock-spec replacement, the RoadMaster incorporates targeted hydraulic and cooling upgrades that increase clutch-pack torque capacity and help reduce slip and wear under load. Increased line pressure gives the clutches more holding force, while the included ProForce torque converter provides reliable converter-clutch application. With a complete transmission and converter supplied together, the RoadMaster provides a practical way to replace a worn or tired Allison while adding additional durability where it matters. 2WD and 4WD configurations are available on the same product page, so select the drivetrain that matches your LML Duramax.

BD builds the RoadMaster around a modified valve body that can increase line pressure by up to 68%, increasing clutch-pack torque capacity for improved control under load. A deep BD Diesel aluminum transmission pan adds approximately 3.5 quarts of fluid capacity, providing additional fluid volume to help manage transmission temperatures during towing. The transmission retains stock clutch counts while the included ProForce torque converter is designed for reliable converter-clutch apply, creating a matched combination for the Allison 1000.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0892/2487/2301/files/roadmaster-transmission-and-converter-package-allison-1000-chevrolet-silverado-and-gmc-sierra-2500hd-3500hd-6-6l-lbz-duramax-2006-2007_4b5f04f2-711d-4662-ac00-014fc41be8ab.jpg?v=1790793050
https://dieselpowerproducts.com/products/bd-diesel-roadmaster-transmission-and-converter-package-11-16-gm-6-6l-duramax-lml
