My horsepower infused addiction started with a 700+whp 460 big block Ford stuffed into a Fox Body Mustang that my dad and I built growing up. I remember being young enough to just grab wrenches for him while growing up to him and then eventually doing full engine swaps in the driveway after work, just to have my truck up and running for the weekend to hit the mud bogs! Growing up in a military family we bounced around down in the Carolinas after going through a couple of pretty wicked hurricanes in Florida in the early 2000's. I found myself in a small town in North Carolina for about 18 years and gained a few very good friends and then after highschool we stayed close. After many years of wrenching on my rigs and playing with high horsepower cars and trucks, I made the decision to pack my family and dog up and move back to the town I was born in. It was a long, hard, sleepless move across the country, but, I finally touched ground here and it is an amazing feeling being able to raise my kids in the state I'm from.
I am very happy to be here at DPP and being able to work alongside some amazing people is a huge plus as well. Now, i'm going to go and find some sweet tea, y'all come back now!
After the move and continuing my passion of working on vehicles in a local body shop and in the garage we added a new baby boy to our house and I decided to move into another part of the auto industry. After the years of turning wrenches and being very hands on with each and every make and model of cars and trucks I wanted to start helping other people build their trucks and passion. So I searched and searched for a good company to move to and found these amazing people here at DPP. I am very glad to be here with this company and the people here that share the same passion as I do. Being able to continue my passion for diesel trucks while helping others with their builds is awesome to say the least and then us being able to raise our boys in this industry is the icing on the cake!
