These Johnny Joints come in various sizes, starting from 3/4 in. up to a substantial 1 1/2 in. thread. Fabricators, you're covered too – they offer weld-on versions for your custom needs. If you're after something special, RockJock has polished stainless steel, long body, bent forgings, and application-specific machined joints available.
What's more, you can choose between standard and narrow width joint bodies, each offering different articulation ranges (up to 30 plus degrees on standard and 40 plus degrees on narrow body). APPLICATION NOTES:
- Johnny Joints require non-synthetic, hi-moly lube grease.
- Joints require greasing at normal intervals, but they do not hold a lot of grease. Over greasing can cause damage to the joint. To prevent damage, use only a hand pump grease gun.
