The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4.5” suspension system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2024 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. ICON's 4.5" Stage 7 System is comprised of 4.5” lift coil springs optimized for trucks equipped with diesel engines with a dual rate design that allows for a softer initial rate for superb on-road comfort and a firmer secondary rate that increases during compression for excellent bottoming resistance and off-road performance. ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford Super Duty 4-Link kit further improves performance by eliminating suspension bind commonly experienced with factory radius arms during articulation and allows on-vehicle caster angle adjustment. This “freeing up” of the front end and the ability of the 4-Link Kit to maintain positive caster through the range of travel equates to an unparalleled ride quality in all conditions. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.
ICON’s Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping compared to ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers, better controlling undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also improving ground clearance. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with CDCV feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road, with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks, and remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. The included ICON CDC Valves are externally adjustable valves that restrict oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump-stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.

FRONT 4.5" BOX KIT
The ICON Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD Front Box Kit is an essential component of ICON 4.5” lift suspension systems. Front sway bar drop brackets fabricated from CNC laser cut steel plate ensure bind free motion of the sway bar links through the entire range of suspension travel and are powder coated for corrosion resistance. Extended length stainless steel brake line kit prevents brake line damage and eliminates the bending of OE hard lines typically required for brake line drop brackets. Bump travel is properly limited with robust CNC machined 6061 aluminum bump stop spacers that are designed for the stresses of aggressive off-road driving.

This bracket features a 2-position cam that will optimize the track bar geometry for both 2.5” and 4.5” lifts. This component has been designed to work with both a factory track bar as well as an ICON Vehicle Dynamics adjustable unit, and will allow for the axle to be properly centered under the frame with either. Additionally, the ICON double adjusters in the lower links allows tuning of caster angle while the links are installed on the vehicle, easing the front-end alignment process.

2.5 PIGGYBACK CENTERLINE STABILIZER KIT
The ICON Centerline Steering Stabilizer features a through-shaft design to eliminate the push/pull sensation associated with traditional steering stabilizers, resulting in more consistent damping and symmetrical steering feel throughout the input range. The large 2.5-inch diameter stabilizer body and piggyback reservoir increases fluid volume to prevent performance fade due to heat and cavitation. This unit provides a significant increase in steering damping compared to the stock equipment, for an improved driving experience with both stock size and oversize aftermarket wheels and tires. The kit also allows for increased steering travel compared to other aftermarket steering stabilizers. The stabilizer body shares components with ICON's proven 2.5 Series shock absorbers, meaning the unit is fully rebuildable. 2.5 Series features a 6061 hard anodized aluminum shock body for excellent corrosion resistance and a beefy 7/8” chrome plated induction-hardened steel shaft. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 5” Rear Block Kit features a square, non-tapered block design to provide easy rear lift to a Ford Super Duty pickup. These heavy-duty blocks are fabricated from CNC laser cut and brake-formed steel plate and heavy duty .250” wall square tubing to endure the stresses of heavy towing/hauling duty as well as aggressive off-road use. Their reinforced bump stop tang provides proper bump stop engagement and limits compression travel to prevent damage to the rear shocks and shock mounts at full bottom out.

Featuring one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinders, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks offer lighter weight, improved corrosion resistance, and a more uniform finish than traditional plated steel cylinders. Like all ICON shock absorbers, these 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are 100% rebuildable and 100% revalveable. Remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. ICON’s unique use of a 6061 billet aluminum manifold a few inches below the top cap of the shock creates an internal “Bump Zone” that when used creates an additional 20% of damping force.
