Are you looking for a substantial increase in power for your Powerstroke for use with light towing or street performance? If so, these hybrid injectors from the professionals at Full Force are what you're after.
These injectors will typically increase horsepower from 75-130 rear wheel horsepower when used with a custom performance chip (it is necessary to run custom tuning, see notes below). The larger, 100% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle which allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these Stage 3 injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These somewhat smaller hybrid injectors are designed to operate with lower High Pressure oil. This is optimal for those looking to maintain the stock HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump). These injectors, by design, give you back oil pressure.
The 30% nozzle is great for low smoke applications with approximately 20 horsepower less than the larger nozzles. The 80% nozzle has slightly less smoke than the 100% but they are identical in power.
RECOMMENDED USES FOR STAGE 3:
The warranty does not cover injectors that fail due to bad fuel or trash in the oil system. This also applies to the replacement of scored plungers and barrel assemblies due to bad fuel or the labor to break injectors down to clean poppet valves from dirty oil.
The buyer is to understand that these are aftermarket, high performance items, and Diesel Power Products is not responsible for any damage caused to the injectors or engine due to high EGTs, overrevving, engine failure or any other abuse or neglect.
If there is an injector problem, the buyer will have to purchase a new injector and send in the faulty injector. The buyer will receive a refund on the new injector after the faulty injector is inspected and determined to be covered by the above warranty.

- Casserly injectors are a single shot injector. 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstrokes run a split shot injector from the factory. In order to switch from a split shot to a single shot injector, custom tuning software is critical for proper engine/fueling calibration.
