Remanufactured and modified 7.3L Injectors by the best in the business, featuring brand NEW nozzles on all injector kits! If your 7.3L is losing some of its power, fuel economy, possibly getting a little hard to start, chances are that the injectors need to be replaced, and no time like the present to upgrade for more power!
The difference in the Stage 2 injectors compared to the Stage 1's are the 80 or 100 percent over larger nozzles. The larger nozzle allows more fuel to exit the injector quicker into the combustion cycle, which increases horsepower even further. The injector has a limited time to inject fuel into the cylinder for the combustion cycle. With a larger nozzle, Full Force can inject more fuel per millisecond into the cylinder for combustion, which creates more power. The downside to a larger nozzle is the extra fuel creates more heat and black smoke. So the larger the nozzle, the more EGT's (Exhaust Gas Temperatures) are created, and the need for more air upgrades are necessary.
Full Force Performance Injectors are a single shot injector. The stock injectors in the 1999-2003 Powerstrokes are a split shot injector, meaning you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases from 100-125 hp and an increase in fuel mileage from the more efficient single shot design are typical. The stock AD injector in the 99-03 will flow approximately 145cc of fuel but with with the split shot design, 10cc of fuel is wasted in the pilot injection cycle. With that said, the effective flow rate of the AD stock injector is 135cc. Full Force recommends the upgrade to 180cc in the 99-03 SuperDuty, which results in about 125 horsepower over stock with a performance chip.
180cc is the best choice for most 1999-2003 trucks. The only time Full Force recommends the 160cc injectors is in high altitude locations or for the customer that doesn't want a large power increase. The only benefit of the 160cc is for converting to a more efficient single shot injector with a very small bump in power. The 80% nozzle has slightly less smoke than the 100%, but they are identical in power.
Remanufactured now have an 18 month warranty. The warranty does not cover injectors that fail due to bad fuel or trash in the oil system. This also applies to the replacement of scored plungers and barrel assemblies due to bad fuel or the labor to break injectors down to clean poppet valves from dirty oil.
The buyer is to understand that these are aftermarket, high performance items, and Diesel Power Products is not responsible for any damage caused to the injectors or engine due to high EGTs, overrevving, engine failure or any other abuse or neglect.
If there is an injector problem, the buyer will have to purchase a new injector and send in the faulty injector. The buyer will receive a refund on the new injector after the faulty injector is inspected and determined to be covered by the above warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Casserly injectors are a single shot injector. 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstrokes run a split shot injector from the factory. In order to switch from a split shot to a single shot injector, custom tuning software is critical for proper engine/fueling calibration.
