First, lets cover what in the world a Throttle Sensitivity Booster is and what it does. Today's modern drive-by-wire vehicles no longer have physical rods that tie the throttle pedal to the engine, telling the system when to increase or decrease fueling and RPM's. Instead, they use sensors that send signals to the vehicle's computer, which surprisingly, causes a noticeable delay in throttle activity. In order to remedy this, BD-Power developed their Throttle Sensitivity Booster line that plugs directly into your factory Throttle Position Sensor to speed up the signals at varying, driver selectable levels based upon preference. While, truth be told, this upgrade does not increase the total horsepower or torque of the engine, it makes the vehicle feel significantly more "snappy" giving the impression there is more power, eliminating that "dead pedal" feeling, especially when taking off from a stand still.
