Remanufactured and modified 7.3L Injectors by the best in the business, featuring brand NEW nozzles on all injector kits! If your 7.3L is losing some of its power, fuel economy, possibly getting a little hard to start, chances are that the injectors need to be replaced, and no time like the present to upgrade for more power!
Remanufactured Stage 1.5 Injectors, like the Stage 1's, flow either 160 or 180cc's of fuel (your choice), but utilize a 30% over nozzle for increased fueling potential. The 1.5's are great for towing with a stock turbo, and work even better with modified turbo. These are considered safe for use with a healthy stock transmission. You will typically gain 60-75 horsepower with the 1.5's. When used in combination with a custom tuned performance chip, gains can range from 105-155 horsepower at the rear wheels. The stock AA injectors found in the 1994-1997 Powerstrokes flow approximately 90cc of fuel, thus the 1.5's can double the amount of fueling if you opt for the 180cc. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25 horsepower less than the 180cc option. If you are running a stock turbo and have not upgraded the truck with an intercooler, it is highly recommended to opt for the 160cc to keep heat and smoke to a minimum. However, if you're looking for a little extra power and have upgraded your airflow, then the 180cc's will work great.
RECOMMENDED USES FOR STAGE 1.5:
New injectors have a 1-year warranty. Remanufactured now have an 18 month warranty. The warranty does not cover injectors that fail due to bad fuel or trash in the oil system. This also applies to the replacement of scored plungers and barrel assemblies due to bad fuel or the labor to break injectors down to clean poppet valves from dirty oil.
The buyer is to understand that these are aftermarket, high performance items, and Diesel Power Products is not responsible for any damage caused to the injectors or engine due to high EGTs, overrevving, engine failure or any other abuse or neglect.
If there is an injector problem, the buyer will have to purchase a new injector and send in the faulty injector. The buyer will receive a refund on the new injector after the faulty injector is inspected and determined to be covered by the above warranty.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Casserly injectors are a single shot injector. Late 1996 and all 1997 California trucks run a split-shot injector from the factory. In order to switch from a split shot to a single shot injector, custom tuning software is critical for proper engine/fueling calibration.
