One of the most commonly overlooked upgrades is that of brakes. Think about it, you're adding more power, larger tires, but few people ever think about their brakes until they either start making noise or simply don't work!

Especially as power and tire size increase, it becomes crucial to perform brake upgrades to ensure your truck can stop as good, if not better, than it did in stock form. Definitely the easiest, and least expensive upgrade that delivers a noticeable change are pads. The aftermarket has definitely trumped the factory's pads in terms of durability and stopping power. But, if you couple these with a set of drilled and slotted rotors and you can (wait for it, here comes the corny phrase) stop on a dime!

We also offer upgraded brake lines that come in an assortment of different lengths for those that lift the truck to ensure you are not overstretching the factory lines. Surprisingly, due to their construction, upgraded brake lines also have a very noticeable feel in the pedal because they do not have the tendency to expand under pressure line the stock lines do. You end up with a more solid pedal feel. And to round out the perfect brake package, go with a set of replacement calipers, as they will typically have additional pistons and a larger surface area to turn your Ram into a Viper.
