When it comes to a programmer for your diesel, we admit, we are a little biased. We run the Smarty programmers on our trucks. MADS Electronics makes the Dodge Smarty CR, Smarty Jr., SSR, and the Touch. Nothing can compare to the Smarty's combination of throttle response, power, adjustablility and fuel economy. While the S-06 Smarty CR REVO is geared more towards the performance side of things with horsepower gains up to 230 with the optional REVO-TNT software, the Smarty Jr. leans more to the customer who is after some mild power gains to go along with increased fuel economy and doesn't want to spend a bundle on upgrading his clutch or transmission. The Dodge Smarty has settings with and without timing for those looking at the option of stacking their Smarty with something like a TST PowerMax CR or Edge Juice with Attitude. Further, the SSR is a great option for those that have made considerable modifications to the engine and need more adjustability options to fine tune their setup. And if you want all of the power benefits of the CR, but would like a digital touch screen with integrated gauges, look no further than Smarty's Touch. This combines all of your gauges, plus your tuner into one cohesive package.
