The FICM's featured on the 6.0L Powerstrokes have shown to be the culprits to numerous issues due to improper output voltage. In most cases, the FICM must be replaced, but it is a very good idea to also inspect the connector itself to ensure its not damaged or corroded. In those instances when it is, replacing it is simple with this connector from Alliant.
