We carry our own full line of high performance diesel intercooler hoses and kits for 94-02 Dodge Cummins, 03-07 Dodge Cummins and 94-03 Ford Powerstrokes.  All of our intercooler hoses are made of high quality silicone and are capable of withstanding the extremely high boost pressures of modified trucks but are also perfectly suited as factory replacements on stock trucks.  We now offer spring loaded constant torque clamps as an option for all of our diesel intercooler hoses and kits.

With 300 series stainless steel bands and trunnions, Clampco Spring-Loaded Clamps provide high strength and corrosion resistance. 99-03 Ford Powerstroke 3"x3.25"x8" Intercooler Connection Hose $28.50

This hose is often used to install a stock Ford 6.0L intercooler into the 99-2003 Powerstrokes with 7.3L engines. It is also used for 2002 and 2003 7.3L stock intercooler with plastic tanks and Ford part# 2C34 6K775AA. You may want to measure your connections before ordering. 99-03 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L 3"x8" Intercooler Hose $19.50

The passenger side and the newer intercoolers with plastic tanks use the 3"x3-1/4"x8" hose listed below. Please verify your sizes before ordering. 99-03 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L Hose Kit $115
Click Here for Product Details!99-2003 Ford 7.3L hose kit Hose kit for 99-03 Ford 7.3L includes 2)Hump Hoses, 2) Y-pipe couplers and 2) intercooler connection hoses. All hoses are heavy duty silicone construction and will help to prevent leaks and hoses blowing off. The intercooler connection hoses are long enough to double clamp if you need to. *NOTE:Most late model 7.3L intercoolers with plastic tanks use 3x3-1/4"x 8" long hose for both sides and the older units with metal end tanks use a 3"x3"x8" long on the drivers side and the 3"x3-1/4"x8" on the passenger side. Please measure your connections before ordering just in case. Available as shown or with 12 High quality Spring-loaded constant torque hose clamps. Early '99 Trucks (build date prior to 12/07/98) require smaller y-pipe couplers and due to the fact that they are a transition hose cost a little more. Make sure that you order the right kit below. If you order the clamp option for the early 99 trucks it only ships with 8 instead of 12. We don't have spring-loaded clamps small enough. Just reuse the stock y-pipe clamps.
