The Juice module is a completely weatherproof module that installs under the hood. Using factory-style connections, in just 30 minutes you can add up to six levels of adjustable power ranging from 30 to 90 horsepower and increase torque up to 225 ft. lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy. The Turbo Timer is the latest in a long list of Edge safeguards. This feature prolongs turbo life by allowing the truck to run after shut-off for a predetermined time or until a specific EGT is reached. When used in conjunction with the Attitude monitor, you can control the six power levels on the fly from inside the cab of your truck. The Attitude displays all the information a set of gauges would and automatically monitors exhaust gas temperature (EGT) and de-fuels the engine to prevent excessive EGTs. Imagine one simple 30-40 minute installation and you get incredible power gains, an increase in mileage, and the equivalent of a complete set of gauges! The following power gains are representative of an actual test vehicle. These gains were measured on a SuperFlow Dyno at an altitude of 4400 ft above sea level, and represent power delivered to the rear wheels of the test truck. The only modification made to the test truck was the addition of the Edge Juice module. Power gains may vary based on vehicle and geographical location. The Juice with Attitude dramatically improves the Ford 6.4L’s driveability, towing capability, mileage and power. The Juice plugs into the truck’s factory connections in a matter of minutes and communicates directly with the engine’s ECM, from which it receives vital engine data and fuel system information. This communication enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power under any driving condition. The Attitude is the in-cab controller that controls the Juice and provides constant real-time updates on the truck’s vital information. FREE GROUND SHIPPING! The Juice module is an add-on Engine Control Module for the Cummins engine that offers additional features not available with the factory setup. Since it is an add-on ECM, it uses all the factory data and then enhances the factory settings to optimize your truck's performance. The Juice features engine temperature monitoring and power increases from the Juice module as the engine reaches operating temperature. With three selectable power levels via an in-cab position switch, the Juice module offers a large power increase over stock throughout the RPR range, but the power is more noticeable in the midrange RPMs. This greatly improves driveability and towing performance. Transmission downshifting is greatly reduced, especially while passing or towing. The Juice also regulates power delivery and timing based on engine temperature. This means that while the engine temperature is below 140 degrees Fahrenheit, no additional fueling or timing is delivered. Once engine temperatures reach 140 degrees, the module begins delivering fuel at 25% of the calculated additional fuel, and the percentage increases, until at full engine temperature the Juice delivers 100% of the calculated additional fuel. At full engine temperature the Juice also modifies timing.
